VG Meats is now available at Eataly Toronto!

After months of excitement and behind-the-scenes planning, VG Meats is thrilled to announce that our products are now available at Eataly Toronto – an incredible destination for fine foods from around the world.

This announcement has been a long time in the making, and the secret was hard to keep. Eataly has successful operations in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston and Las Vegas as well as a number of locations across Italy and several stores in Asia and the Middle East. Eataly Toronto is the first ever Canadian location – and what a location it is! This food-lover’s paradise is nestled in the Manulife Centre at 55 Bloor Street West – a bustling corner near many upscale retailers and restaurants. We are truly in great company!

Today was particularly special as we celebrated the grand opening of Eataly Toronto alongside some exceptional chefs, food producers and of course, the Eataly Toronto team. While the doors won’t open to the public until 5:00 pm, we were on hand earlier today to view the space, enjoy some amazing local and international foods, and take part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Looking around this stunning (and massive!) grocery, retail and dining space, we are honoured to be a part of it.

You can find VG Meats in the store’s macelleria (Italian for butcher shop) where our dry-aged Porterhouse, Ribeye and NY Strip steaks are now available. Eataly Toronto is also carrying VG Meats ham, bacon, sausages and select poultry cuts. If you plan a visit, leave generous time to explore – the selection of fine foods, artisan cheese, chocolate, pasta, olive oil, seafood and more will have you filling your cart. Plus, there are restaurants and cafes right inside the store, allowing you to experience the best of Italian cuisine in a market-inspired setting.
