A little bit about the chicken: For this class, we will be taking apart our recently launched Pasture Raised Chicken. This chicken is raised on our farms by our family, on sunlight, water and GMO-free feed. They are moved daily to fresh pasture and are never fed antibiotics. We are proud to serve our chicken to our families and are very excited to share them with yours.
